What Is Coaching?
Coaching is a creative partnership that concentrates on where the client is now and devises a personalized plan of action to help them maximize their full potential. It is an ongoing professional relationship that helps produce lasting, extraordinary results in their life.
What is Empowerment Life Coaching?
An empowerment life coach helps you discover and overcome what is causing the mental blocks and reframe your negative thinking patterns. They also assist you in:
- Nurturing confidence and self-esteem
- Develop an action plan to accomplish desired goals and dreams
- Adopting a growth mindset
- Identifying and utilizing inherent strengths and values
- Overcoming any negative self-imposed rules

Where do the sessions take place?
Coaching session take place over Zoom.
How do you coach?
I focus on helping you identify, question, explore and reframe negative thoughts and conflicting emotions so that you can stop living in survival mode and start living life on purpose. I will use positive psychology and strategies to help you shift negative thoughts, along with a variety of tools to help you establish emotional control to help you live a happier and more confident life.
I honor each client as an expert in her life. I believe that each person already possesses everything they need to be creative, resourceful, and whole.
What is your coaching style?
My coaching style is based on conversations that help you maximize your full potential. The questions guide and lead you to discover and uncover the answers you are seeking. This method helps to bring an awareness to the root causes of situations and provides an opportunity to uncover the “real” problem that is presenting the issues.
Together we create an action plan that best works for you so that you can reach your desired results. I do this by utilizing time-tested, evidence-based, action oriented principles and methods to create lasting and measurable results.
What happens during a life coaching session?
Coaching sessions last between 45 minutes and 60 minutes. Together we will challenge your stories, assumptions, and judgments. We will discover your unique gifts, values and strength. We will dig deep into problems and issues, discover what is holding you back, and find desirable solutions so you can have lasting results.
What is the main goal of Empowerment Coaching?
Helping you break through and overcome overwhelm, fear, self-doubt and negative thought patterns so they can take action towards living a purposeful, meaningful, and balanced life.
What coaching model do you use?
My Empowerment Coaching model includes the following five elements:
- Acknowledgement – Understand what has power in your life and the assumptions, and fears that hold you back.
- Acceptance – Understand how experiences have changed you.
- Awareness – Become mindful of your actions, judgments, and stories.
- Action – Create an empowering action plan.
- Appreciation – Appreciate the new knowledge you gain from experiences and circumstances.
Is coaching the same as of therapy? No
Life coaching focuses on clarifying, setting, and achieving goals. It also helps the client identify obstacles and problematic behaviors in order to create an action plan to achieve desired results.
Therapy focuses on past traumas and issues with mental health and how the past has impacted it.
How do you help me become my best self?
How I help you become your best you is by:
- asking questions and having you brainstorm
- encourage your self-discovery
- holding you accountable
- helping you create an action plan
- assisting you with the follow through of the action plan
- supporting and holding space for you throughout process
- motivating you to push forward

What steps do I need to take to help me become a better version of me?
I use a 5 step process that includes positive psychology and strategies to help you shift negative patterns and thoughts, along with a variety of tools to help you remove overwhelm and establish emotional control.
They are:
- Discover
- Uncover
- Build
- Claim it
- Live It Out
Within the 5 steps, you will:
1. Identify your internal beliefs, goals for the future and what you believe is stopping you from achieving them.
2. Once these blocks have been discovered, we will get to work in helping you overcome them.
3. As transformation takes place, you will start to experiencing an increase in self-confidence and self-worth and feel ready to take on the world.
